Create Timer Job to Deploy .browser Files

Control adapters depend on a file in the App_Browsers ASP.NET directory that must be placed in the root directory IIS points to. The only way we've been able to find that we could deploy this is with a timer job that runs on all front-ends. The timer job should query either IIS or SharePoint to determine what web applications are on the machine and need to have the .browser files deployed. Ideally, the timer job should run as soon as the feature is activated. The less wait, the better.
